We’ve Moved!

Hello All! Well we’ve done it: We’ve moved to our new location right around the corner at 150 West 28th Street, Suite 601 (on 28th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue, closer to 7th). Classes will be resuming Tuesday, January 11th, day class is 3-6 PM and evening class is 6:45-9:45PM)

The new space will have just the bare essentials the first week (tables and chairs) so don’t forget to bring in any props you may need for independent activities, etc… The new building has a uniformed, 24 hour, 7 day a week attendant so you will not have to buzz in anymore. And the new space is configured differently with 2 doors and a deeper stage space. This will allow us to present more complicated productions with larger casts.

So right now expect a pretty raw work environment until we decide how to design/layout the workspace and theater space. Fees for January will be pro-rated (e.g.: if you start January 11th, and attend class twice a week, your payment will be 3/4 the regular fee). I’m expecting smaller than usual classes until the end of January since many students are still away, so expect even more personalized attention than usual!

The Staff and I are very, very excited about the possibilities the new space will afford us. IT’S GOING TO BE A GREAT, CREATIVE YEAR!
